1.Who is responsible

2.Data we collect

• Booking data: when you book a call, the information you enter in the scheduling form (name, email address, company, message and chosen time slot).
• Communication data: the content of the emails and messages you send us.
• Usage data, only with your consent: pages viewed, interactions, type of device and browser, approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) kept for security purposes.

3.Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests and organising the call you booked — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Measuring the audience and improving the website — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Keeping the website secure — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4.Who receives your data

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers we need, all bound by data processing agreements:

• Scheduling: Cal.com or Calendly.
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity.
• Advertising: Meta, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn.
• Hosting and email providers of the website.

5.International transfers

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

6.How long we keep your data

• Booking and contact data: up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless a contract is signed.
• Audience measurement data: up to 14 months.
• Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask you again.
• Server logs: up to 12 months.

7.Cookies

Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and is always active. Audience measurement and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.

8.Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. To exercise these rights, write to contact@nishka.io; we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in your country of residence. In Bulgaria, this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

9.Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data, and providers selected for their security guarantees.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or to the law. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
